• Free Virus Recovery – Included for all protected machines.

Monitoring Plan 

A proactive monitoring service designed to work alongside your existing antivirus software. This plan includes:

• Daily Monitoring – Hardware health, device issues, software problems, Windows updates and vulnerable software patching.
• DNS Filtering & Remote Access Blocking – Prevents access to malicious websites and blocks unauthorised remote‑access software.

Anti‑virus is not included in this plan, allowing it to work with your preferred security software.
