Protection Plan
The Protection Plan is proactive, preventative maintenance to keep your computer secure. It includes;
Monitoring – This includes the daily monitoring of hardware health, device & software problems. Daily monitoring of Windows and vulnerable software updates and maintains patching of the operating system.
DNS filtering & Remote Access software blocking – Blocks access to malicious sites and prevents remote access software from downloading
Annual Tune-Up – this is an onsite visit at the computer to clear out any unnecessary software applications and internet clutter. It also enables a regular visual check of hardware to make sure your device remains in tip top condition.
Anti Virus Service – this is included to provide complete protection to keep you safe from online threats and ransomware.
Free virus recovery for all protected machines.

The anti-virus service is NOT included, enabling the the monitoring plan to work in conjunction with your own anti-virus.
