Did you know that Windows 10 version 1609 became obsolete on 10 April 2018? You would have done if you got the warning screen from Microsoft. If all went well you were upgraded to version 1709. However if your Windows 10 installation or the windows update service on your computer is broken then you cannot upgrade and you are unsafe. Obsolete versions of Windows don’t get security updates.
